Let us tell you a little about ourselves.  There are three Property Managers working for you!! 
Mary Storseth/Owner, is the Office Manager.  She handles leasing activities, collects rent, and handles owner account and tenant account information.  She also oversees the office.  She is the Senior Property Manager at Queen City.
Abe Mikota is a Property Manager/Owner and Real Estate Developer in Helena.  He corresponds with tenants on lease issues, maintenance issues, and meets new tenants for showings.  Owners are welcome to speak with Abe on their Investment Property  He has extensive experience in commerical and high volume residential leasing and finance.  He can MAXIMIZE the ROI for investors looking for new and existing projects.
Chris Storseth is a Real Estate Broker/Owner, and Developer in Helena.  He handles maintenance issues, leasing, meeting new owners of Real Estate, meeting Tenants in the Field, and whatever else needs taken care of!! Laughing    He has extensive experience in the construction fields as a high volume General Contractor.  He handles complex transactions involving 1031 tax exchange.
