 DJS' Landscape and Maintenance,LLC is our designated repair service.  They also take care of snow removal and lawn and landscape maintenance.   If you are a tenant of Queen City Property Management, and you have a maintenance issue that is not an emergency, Please call Pete at 406-439-9827.
If you have an emergency,(flooding,leaks,heat loss, etc.), please call a Property Manager immediately.

We want your apartment to be in good repair.  We take pride in the conditions of our properties, and need your help in doing so.  If you have any problems with your unit, do not hesitate to call.  If problems are left unchecked and unreported, they can be the responibility of the tenant for repair.   Call Pete at DJS' and he will have it taken care of right away.
